Buyer Rebate
As an added incentive for my properties listed, I offer the buyer a rebate program.
"I pay you to buy a house"
How do we do it? Simple. Once again just as in the 4% listing fee program. It's a competitive market right now. I know that you can use any real estate agent when buying a home. But what can they do different? I offer HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at a discount.
I give back 1/4th of my commission if I represent you in the purchase of a home.
